I loved how central everything was. the staff were tender, always ready to assist with anything. my room had air conditioning that worked perfectly and a mini fridge. It was so romantic!
the lift was very small. it was much too small for luggage and multiple people. the bathroom layout was badly planned. there was no shelving and it was difficult to put anything down.

this hotel had such charm. i found myself near a grocery store that also had a lift to the castle sao george, very practical. magda, the staff member, helped us a lot with directions and gave us water. our room was very clean, and it smelled fresh. a complimentary wine and some natas also made us so happy.
the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, making it slightly difficult to see clearly when i got ready for the evening.

the hotel enjoyed proximity to two metro stations and various trolley stops, facilitating access to many destinations. a supermarket and a convenient laundromat were just down the street. the baixa area gave many dining options within a short distance.

the staff was very helpful, always available at the front desk, and their smiles. magda provided directions and additional water, a gesture i appreciated. i felt well cared for here.

the room included a very comfortable bed, i slept so well. there was also a mini fridge. the shower was excellent. the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable room temperature.
